A squeaky hinge is almost always caused by metal-on-metal friction with no lubrication. This is a two-minute fix.
Place a flathead screwdriver under the hinge pin head and tap upward. The pin will slide up and out of the barrel. Support the door with your foot as you do this.
Wipe the pin clean with a paper towel to remove old dried lubricant and debris. Apply silicone spray or white lithium grease to the full length of the pin.
Slide the pin back into the barrel and tap it down firmly until it seats fully. Open and close the door several times to distribute the lubricant. Tighten any loose hinge screws while you're at it.
